ANTI WRINKLE INJECTIONS

" PREVENTION IS KEY "

Anti wrinkle injections are generally thought to be the best treatment for the forehead area, frown lines and crow’s feet near the eyes.

In fact, botox has become the most popular non-surgical treatment in the world today reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. There is one very simple reason for the international runaway success of Botox…it works!

Kerry is known for giving subtle but effective looks. So, if you’ve been told that you’re looking ‘tired’ or ‘worried’ when you’re not, Botox may just be the boost your skin needs and soon people will be telling you how ‘fresh’ you look.

So what actually are Anti-Wrinkle Injections?

Botox (Botulinum Toxin) is an effective, non-surgical way to delay the signs of ageing and provides the skin with a fresher more youthful appearance. Common areas causing ageing concerns include crows feet, forehead lines and frown lines.

It is a naturally occurring neurotoxin that relaxes muscles. Using a small needle, the product is injected directly into the muscle. This then blocks the impulses from the nerve to the muscle that would normally cause the muscle to contract, thus causing the muscle to relax and prevent movement.

The effects of this treatment can last around 3 to 6 months before muscle activity returns.

Results do not appear straight away. Often it takes 2-3 days to start working and around 2-3 weeks to see full effects

After your treatment, your practitioner will offer you a review of your treatment in 2 weeks time.
