The tear trough is the area between your lower eyelid and cheek.  As we age, the elasticity and collagen production within our skin slowly decreases. This can lead to certain areas of the face loosing volume, looking sunken, tired and hollow – the under-eye area being one of them. 

 

This is not an uncommon problem and can be treated easily with Dermal Filler, which quickly and effectively restores lost volume, and reduces dark circles. It also reduces fine lines and wrinkles as the Dermal Fillers will boost collagen production by hydrating from the inside.

Before your treatment your practitioner will numb the under eye area using a topical numbing cream. A small blunt cannula is then inserted into the skin and used to deposit the dermal filler in the areas needed.
